Niocard is a digital business card platform that allows users to create, share, and manage digital business cards, replacing traditional paper business cards with sustainable digital alternatives.

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Niocard.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Service Description

Niocard provides the following services:

• Digital Business Cards: Create and customize digital business card profiles
• Contact Management: Save and organize contacts from scanned business cards
• QR Code Generation: Generate QR codes for easy contact sharing
• Analytics: Track engagement and connection metrics
• Integration: Connect with social media and professional networks

User Obligations

As a user of Niocard, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your business card profile
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to Niocard. By using the Service, you grant Niocard a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Niocard and its logos, trademarks, and service marks are the intellectual property of Niocard. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

Service Availability and Modifications

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
